Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, email support@vitellamd.com or call (855) 848-3552 with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Eligibility
• Products must be unopened, with the original safety seal intact.
• For your safety, we cannot accept opened or used products.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Products purchased at our Wellington office may be returned to the office under the same terms.
